When you sleep, the brain will refresh of all daily activities. But you also would not have a lot of sleep. too much sleep will also make the body becomes weak and the brain being stupid. 2. Drinking a lot of water will make the body healthy. Because the body needs at least 8 glasses of water every day. If the shortage of water your body will dehydrate. If you drink lots of water your body skin will look fresh and beautiful. So dont forget to drink water every day. And do not drink beer. Because beer  destroyed your healthy.

3. Want to live a healthy life? Don’t eat junk food. Because junk food is not good for health. and you should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Because if less vegetables and fruit will often sickly body. And your digestion  will healthy if you eat a lots of vegetables and fruits.  Vegetables and fruits can brighten the skin and make healthy eyes. Also can prevent vitamin deficiency diseases. Vitamins in carrots for eye health. Vitamins in oranges for vitamin C. And also multiply eat broccoli. So, eat healthy food and less eat junk food.

5. Do not be too sad if something goes wrong. Smile and laugh you will be happy and healthy. While smiling and laughing the brain will discard all your sadness. Invite friends laughing together will make life comfortable than continue to grieve.

6. Doing sports. Our body needs exercise. Do what your favorite sports, such as basketball or football or cricket or badminton or karate. If you always do exercise the body will be fresh and fit and healthy. Do exercise at least 4 times a week. Exercise can also boost immunity and prevent illness.
